Cmon down to Lake of the Ozarks for some great crappie action! April is one of the best months to fish for crappie as they get shallow this time of year and get to spawning. It’s my favorite time to fish for them. Cover some water and you can load the boat with a big sack of fish. We’ve had some very warm sunny days and the crappie have started spawning.
