Choosing

Which one should you book?

They are the same boat, the same water and the same guide. The only question is how long you want to be out there.

Four hoursMost people, most of the time
Long enough to catch plenty, short enough that nobody runs out of patience. Half the morning, back before lunch, and the rest of the day still yours. It is also the easiest one to book at short notice.
Six hoursWhen you want more water
The extra two hours are what let Mike leave a spot that is not producing and go find one that is. That is often the difference between a decent day and a good one.
Eight hoursYou came here to fish
The morning bite and the evening one, with the quiet middle of the day spent covering water. Lunch is usually on the boat. This is the day serious anglers book.

The details

A flat $100 an hour

There is no premium for the longer day and no seasonal pricing. Four hours is $400, six is $600, eight is $800 — the same in April as in October, so the only thing you are choosing is how long you want to be out there.
